At the Parish Council meeting on 10 January 2007 it was agreed that the possibilities of an internet/phone connection in the hall would be investigated.
The village hall has several rooms/facilities available, i.e. the main hall, skittle alley, committee room and bar area. There are regular evening bookings for sports and leisure activities as follows:

| Tuesday | Ladies’ skittles (September – March) Mixed badminton |
| Wednesday | Short mat bowls |
| Thursday | Short mat bowls (irregular) |
| Friday | Youth club / bingo (alternate weeks) |
| Saturday | Club night |
| Sunday | Pool, or free |
These bookings do not, of course, use all of the rooms/facilities at the same time. If you wish to book part of the village hall for an event please contact Maureen Woollacott (560955). Please note that if there is a possibility to earn money for the total village hall facility, organisers of a regular event may be asked to move or postpone their event.
