Main objective to elect chairperson. Karen Avery duly elected. Sue Shepherd resigned as secretary and from the committee. Martina Dymond was voted in as secretary. Christopher Avery was elected as treasurer. Kevin and Emma Betts were elected to the committee. Kay Clark resigned from the committee.
Treasurer’s Report. £1039.07 Bank, £258.55 Petty Cash. Total £1319.52.
Insurance renewed until April 2009. Grant from DCC £200. Received a cheque from Leader+ for £462 to cover purchase of equipment and camcorder. Hall rental paid up to date (£52 for the year). Carol singing raised £65 of which £35 will be donated to RSPCA and £30 for children’s Christmas vouchers. Receipts for the year were £1128.13 and expenditure was £427.64.
AOB. Pete Gallagher still has the camcorder on loan. Martina will ask for it back. Martina asked [thanked? – Ed.] Kay and Sue for their work on the committee.
